Mission Statement

Mission Statement of the First Romanian Baptist Church of Virginia

Our Mission Statement is based on three theological concepts: λειτουργία leitourgia (worship), κοινωνία koinonia (fellowship), and μαρτυρία marturia (outreach, or testimony).

The Mission Statement of the First Romanian Baptist Church of Virginia is as follows:

1. Worshiping God in a joyful celebration and reverent reflection.

2. Fellowshipping with God’s people through reciprocal commitment, training and equipping the members through preaching, teaching, and discipleship.

3. Outreaching toward those who are in need by evangelizing those outside the church as well as our own.

First Romanian Baptist Church of Virginia is privileged to cooperate on covenant basis with the Southern Baptist Conservatives of Virginia, and on the voluntary basis with Southern Baptist Convention, and the Romanian Baptist Association of United States and Canada.
